The Mini

This package is for onsite events where our client needs an extra set of hands to help manage the event.  Clients generally book this package when they want someone to manage the timeline, assist in registration, direct onsite activities and help with the setup/cleanup.  One Event Planner is included along with 6 hrs of time.

 

The Main

This package is for those events that are on or off site where you do not want to deal with the planning of the event.  Two event planners will assist you with all the needs of the event from start to finish.  This is for smaller events and the package contains 10 hrs of time. 

 

The Grand Finale

This package is for multi day events or large scale events.  The package comes with 2-3 event planners to assist and coordinate the entire affair.  From budget creation to final followup.  There are no details our event planners will not take care of for you.  Kick back and enjoy your event knowing experienced professionals are there for you.
